Women Naked By The Fire - In Person Mini Retreat & Potluck

Sunday January 28, 2024 - Stanton, KY
2:00 - 6:00 PM - Mini Retreat
6:30 - 8:30 PM - Community Potluck

What is the state of your inner fire?

What do you feel passionate about?

Do you have anger or grief that needs to be expressed?

How can your inner fire most serve your next phase of life?

Your grief, your anger, your passion and your desires are welcome at this fire.

This mini-retreat is an opportunity to slow down, contemplate, and to really feel yourself and your heart, and reconnect to your inner fire, surrounded by the natural beauty of the creek, the trees, the leaves and the fresh air at Friendly Creek Acres in Stanton, KY.

Imagine yourself sitting around the fire with a group of soul sisters, and feeling lovingly supported and safe. It’s amazing how deep we can go together in just a few hours of conscious connection, with ourselves, nature and one another.

During our time together, Lauren and Sarah will guide heart-centered sharing, breathwork, touch and movement exercises to settle and ground ourselves deeper into our own sense of soulful authenticity.

Healing nudity will be welcome at this circle, but not at all required.

What you can expect:

You will be invited to drop in to your inner world, to breathe, to move and to share with the circle how we can best support you. The activities will be outside as much as possible, weather permitting.

Opening Circle

Nature Walk & Group Fire Creation

Breathwork

Celestial Communication (Lauren)

Group Sharing & Coaching

Embodiment Ritual in Small Groups (Sarah)

Closing Circle

Who is this for:

This workshop is for women-identified folks who would like to ground, re-connect and re-wild through an experience of group nature connection. This is for women who know that nature is part of their spiritual path, and helps to reconnect to their innermost selves. This experience is also appropriate for gender fluid and non-binary folks, if they are willing to share some “femme” energy with the group that day.

We are able to accommodate folks with limited mobility if the weather is nice. However, if we do need to go inside, participants would need to be able to ascend the steep hill of the paved driveway and then navigate two stair steps in order to get inside the house.
