I am thrilled to be returning to Toronto to again facilitate this touchstone workshop for the Body Electric School.
Imagine yourself standing in a circle of other humans, looking into each person's eyes, without fear. You can a feel a soft openness in your chest and your belly, because your heart is so full of a sense of appreciation and kindness. You have just spent three days with these people, letting yourself be seen by them, and seeing each of them as the unique beautiful souls that they are. You are in awe of the vulnerability, the depth, the compassion that has been offered to you and that you have in kind offered to others. You have been stripped bare - of your clothes, of your shame, and of your pre-conceived notions of yourself and who you are as an erotic being. Your heart is full of a new sense of what is possible - for you and for the world.
This is why I love this work and I can't wait to share it with those who are ready to undertake this journey into the depths of collective Eros - and a celebration of the body erotic.

This workshop is an initiation into a the mystical realm of what I now call "transpersonal eroticism". It changed my life when I realized that my spiritual path needed to include my sexuality, and my love life. This was THE WORKSHOP that led me to start down this path of erotic liberation and soul embodiment.
If you are looking for a well-facilitated introduction to get in touch with your sexuality, this is the workshop for you. My friend and Body Electric co-facilitator Shai and I will guide participants through carefully structured exercises using breath, touch, movement and heart centered sharing. Some exercises are done solo, some with a partner, and some in groups of three.
This is an event where people will be naked, but your degree of nudity will be your choice. Nudity is not required. There also will be opportunities for touch and connection with others. However, all the exercises that are offered have a structure and boundaries, so as to invite you to learn about specific aspects of yourself in each thing that we practice. You will be at choice the whole time as far as how you participate. There is a lot of emphasis on consent and learning to recognize your "yes" and your "no" in your body.
