Listening To Your Innermost Voice

Listening To Your Innermost Voice

Do you struggle with indecision and overwhelm?
Would you like to feel confident that you are listening to and acting from your innermost wisdom?
Are you in need of inspired, trusted direction from the most evolved version of your soul?
Would you like to know what is the next right step for you on your journey of learning and growth in this lifetime?

Sometimes even experienced spiritual seekers and practitioners need clear guidance. We need to know if our next right step is to make a change in a relationship, a living situation, or in a job or career, or to find new spiritual teaching or community. Yes, we can connect with coaches, guides, elders, and mentors, but the practice that builds the most resilience is to learn to listen to your soul’s own guidance.

This is a three-day journey, a series of three powerful practices to support you in learning to listen to the voice of your soul. Listening to your soul is a life skill that will serve you more and more deeply as you become more and more practiced and proficient at accessing your own deepest wisdom. Every day, life is giving us messages, through feelings, longings, experiences, situations, that are there to help us get closer to who we are, why we are here, to our souls. Much of what our soul has to say to us resides in the subconscious realm, in the shadows and the murkiness of the vastness of our psyche that is not accessible in our waking awareness.

Each day will include a few minutes of teaching, followed by a guided meditation and then some journaling prompts. Please allow yourself 45 minutes of uninterrupted time for the whole practice each day and have paper and pen nearby.
