It may be Monday, the first day of a work week for many of us, but that doesn't mean that play time has to stop! There are ways to incorporate play into every aspect of life, including work. If you have an unpleasant task to c0mplete, try "gamifying" it - make it a challenge for yourself. Can you wash your dishes while standing on one foot? Can you unload the dishwasher without stepping in the "hot lava" that is bordering the rug on your kitchen floor? Can you make everyone laugh in that boring work meeting?
"Leela" or Divine Play is an important principle for allowing ourselves to learn and grow. This practice brings things from the realm of necessity into the realm of freedom, which is much more fun and has a higher and more pleasant vibration.
