This morning I found myself contemplating a common dilemma for those of us who endeavor to listen carefully to our innermost, intuitive selves. When some urge or inkling strikes, how to discern if this impulse is coming from the Divine Soul or the ego?

Almost two years into this global pandemic, sometimes I don’t even recognize the world that I inhabit. The changes in how we “socialize” and connect to one another are far-reaching and for many of us, painful and threatening to mental health.

What does a "permission field" have to do with "stepping into my power"?

Have you heard this phrase “embodiment path” or “embodiment journey”? And maybe wondered what the heck that means? That was me, too. I would hear this word, “embodiment”, and it was about as effective as leaving a blank space in the sentence. I ignored the word, it was so nebulous to me.
