Because I want to distract you.
I never said I was well-behaved or respectful.
Boundaries fucking annoy me sometimes.
I don't like it when people tell me "no". It sucks.
Yeah, yeah, I know it means that they are taking care of themselves. That's what I teach in every single one of my events.
That's totally TRUE.
But hearing "no" can STILL be really annoying.
So why don't you get up from whatever you were actually planning to do with your day (and your life) and give yourself a break?

You can go for a walk and take some deep breaths of the January air, even if it's raining or snowing or doing some of what the weather does in winter.
You can go rub one out in the bathroom. Or your car. Or maybe even your bed.
