Just a quick reminder that I am still teaching this morning erotic practice on Friday mornings - through the Body Electric School, at 8 am eastern time. We have a really sweet community of "regulars" who come to practice together, and have been able to cultivate an increasingly deep sense of community and belonging.
For me, this practice is a way that I intentionally connect to my innermost self - my Divine Soul - by just letting myself BE in my body and my pleasure. I give myself (and all of us) complete permission to show up and express, to breathe, move and touch, in the way that feels the most primal and authentic in the moment. Sometimes grief shows up, or anger, joy, irritation, tears, insecurity - it's all welcome. This practice is a tender and powerful way to care for ourselves and our inner journey.
